Dentistry for Infants

Babies actually need dental care before they even have any teeth! For example, we recommend that, after every feeding, you wipe your baby’s mouth with a warm washcloth to keep it clean and healthy. You should also bring them in for their first dental visit by the time they turn one year old, or when their first tooth emerges – whichever comes first. This initial appointment lets us make sure your little one’s oral health starts off right, and it lets you ask any questions you may have about their at-home dental care. We also offer lip and tongue tie treatment if your child is having problems with feeding.

Dentistry for Toddlers

The toddler years are a crucial time in a child’s dental development. Not only are their primary teeth starting to come in, but kids are also beginning to form their dental habits. During their appointments, we’ll take the time to show you how to teach them the basics of oral hygiene in ways that will stick.

Dentistry for Children

As a child enters elementary school, they’re likely to start playing sports as a way to make friends and get regular exercise. To protect their teeth from injury, we’re happy to provide custom athletic mouthguards. If a sports-related injury does occur, we offer same-day emergency care as well as natural-looking restorative treatments like tooth-colored fillings. That way, your child can still enjoy a bright smile among their peers.

Dentistry for Teens

By the time a child becomes a teenager, they should have most, if not all, of their permanent teeth. At their regular checkups, our dentists can advise your teen on caring for their smile when Mom and Dad’s advice just isn’t enough. If any tooth decay or damage occurs, we can fix it right up with safe, cosmetic treatments such as direct bonding or metal-free dental crowns. Whether they’re just taking selfies or posing for their senior pictures, they’ll be able to smile with confidence!

Special Needs Dentistry
